Are there solar options?

I would imagine they would not be cheap but I am curious about this. It would be helpful to cut costs overall if you can have a solar pannel on your property to work with your home charger or if public ones use them to cut costs. I am not sure if this is a thing or not but I believe there are some in California. At least that is what my sister believes she had seen when she was visiting a friend a few months ago.

Public ones? Not that I am aware of but I know there are people and businesses who have set up solar ones. Maybe that is what your sister had seen in California?

I think you can make one for home use but I have yet to see one that can be used for the general public. I think it is a good idea and concept. I read something about them making use of fast food places in the future where you can have wireless charging while waiting in line via solar pannels.

Indeed! This is just one example. Many people use the larger solar panels on their rooftops like this as they offer faster charging compared to smaller ones and pop-up panels.
