Ford Motor Co. CEO Jim Farley Jr. recently expressed confidence in Ford’s F-150 Lightning electric pickup truck, dismissing concerns about potential competition from the Tesla Cybertruck.
During an interview with CNBC, Farley stated, “We are the market leader for EV trucks and vans, and we know those customers better than anyone.” He further emphasized that the Cybertruck’s design caters more to the Silicon Valley crowd, while Ford focuses on creating trucks for real work and real people.
