Is the i5 "too futuristic"?

I like this model and hate it at the same time. I know it is just a "concept model" and there are already pictures of it looking a bit different but I feel like it stands out too much as a "robotic car". It doesn't look ugly but there is something about it that I just don't like and I can't figure out what it is.
 
I personally like it. It looks really sleek and clean. The grill is what throws it off. I think that is what is making it too look futuristic as you say. If it had more grill detailing, and some metal on the front it would look a lot modern.

I like it too. I somewhat agree on the grill. I thinks its part of the problem but instead of extra detail I would remove it completely. Saying that I do like a futuristic look.
BMW grills have been getting bigger and bigger over time. They have taken some flack for it in recent years and have even been the subject of a number memes, one such meme copied below! :LOL:

The overall look and design, I like. The grill, I can see why it makes it seem odd but even then, I still like it!

I am ready for cars to take on new, diverse, different trends. We need to move away from the same old same old.

Why was I not aware of this!? This is hilarious and now I see why it is a meme. I guess they are trying to make their cars stand out more but with really strange looks to the design.
