Megane E-Tech Price Announced

The all-new Megane E-Tech Electric will start from £35,995 for the entry-level model known as Equilibre

Next up will be the Techno model with a price point starting at £38,495.

The top-of-the-range line also called the "Launch Edition" will start at £39,995. Most extras in this model are cosmetic.

I thought this was going to start below £30k! I am seeing now that the features and what is included, wouldn't be the case. Still, this is a fair price point for a car like this. I would imagine as more models are made and more people are buying EVs, prices will come down in future models.

It may have been announced as that but a lot of car brands have had to up the costs a bit. This is down to shortages and inflation across the board, from China to the US, all markets are feeling it.

Very true. I keep forgetting about all these price hikes. I keep thinking it is only petrol and food but everything is going up. I hope it settles soon.
